摘要
目前我国医疗机构伦理委员会职能的综合性日趋突出,但自身建设、运作、监管还比较薄弱。成长期的机构伦理委员会目前存在的问题有:机构伦理委员会名称及职能不明确、机构伦理委员会缺乏标准运作指南、临床试验管理规范不完善、缺乏系统的长效培训机制。为加强医疗机构伦理委员会自身建设及其监管,对此提出以下建议:统一和明确机构伦理委员会的名称及职能;创建完整的伦理委员会运作监管系统;建立系统的长效培训机制;加强伦理委员会的现场审查和伦理督查。
At present, the comprehensiveness of the ethics committee＇s function is becoming more extrusive, however, its construction, operation and supervision are still weak. The prominent problems exist in the growth of the ethics committee including： the name and function are not clear, lack of standard operation guide, clinical trial management standard is not perfect, lack of system and long -term training mechanism. In order to improve the self - construction and supervision of ethics committee, some suggestions were proposed ： Unity and clear the name and function of ethics committee, establish a whole operation and management system, create system and continuous personnel training mechanism, strengthening the ethics committee＇s site review and ethical guidance.
