摘要
针对传统电压型4步换流步数多、死区大、输出波形质量差以及检测电路复杂等缺点,提出一种新型两步换流策略。该策略根据IGBT导通关断时间的不同,将换流步数缩短到两步;结合空间矢量控制策略,根据输入功率因数调节开关序列顺序,避免在过渡扇区内换流。新型方案不仅保证了换流过程安全可靠,而且提高了输出波形质量,简化了换流逻辑和采样调理电路。在矩阵变换器样机上验证了该方案的可行性和正确性。
Aiming at safe commutation and improving quality of output waveforms, a novel two steps commutation strategy is presented by analyzing the shortcoming for more steps, big dead zone, bad output waveform and complex detection circuit of traditional four-step commutation.According to turning-on and turning-off the IGBT'time, the new strategy reduces commutation steps in the commutation process.In order to avoid unsafe commutation in transition sector,the strategy adjusts switch status sequence combining the input power factor with space vector control strategy ,and improves the reliability of commutation and the quality of output waveform, simplifies the commutation logic and sampling regulate circuit.Finally, experimental results demonstrate the availability and reliability of the strategy in matrix converter.
