超声二维斑点追踪技术评价风湿性心脏病患者左心房功能 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用二维斑点追踪技术(STI)评价风湿性心脏病(RHD)患者左心房功能,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 49例健康志愿者和56例RHD患者分别接受常规超声心动图检查,收集患者一般资料,采集心尖四腔、心尖两腔、心尖左室长轴切面动态二维图像,应用斑点追踪技术获取左房各壁应变及应变率曲线,测定各组左房壁应变及应变率值。结果与对照组比较,RHD组LAVmin增大(P<0.01),LAPEF及LAAEF降低(P<0.01);两组中段的平均峰值应变及应变率均低于下段;与对照组比较,RHD组中段及下段mS、mSRS、mSRE及mSRA显著降低(P<0.05)。结论斑点追踪技术能客观、准确评价RHD患者左心房功能,为临床早期诊断RHD患者左心房功能提供新指标。
