摘要
对超临界锅炉螺旋管圈和内螺纹垂直管圈2种水冷壁的结构特点、优缺点以及稳压吹管阶段和机组各负荷阶段的热偏差进行了分析和比较。结果表明,螺旋管圈水冷壁对机组负荷变化、燃料变化的适应性较好,但阻力较大,焊接工作量大,系统结构复杂;内螺纹型垂直管圈水冷壁阻力小,安装焊缝少,支撑结构和刚性梁结构简单,但对吸热偏差较敏感。二者在性能上各有特点,设计时可根据具体情况分析选用。
The advantages and disadvantages in structural features for two kinds of water- wall,namely water - wall with spiral pipe - rings, and water - wall with vertical pipe - rings boasting inner threads, for supercritical boilers, as well as thermal deviation during stage of pipe - blowing with stable pressure and during stage of various unit's load have been analysed and compared. Results show that the water - wall with spiral pipe- rings has better adaptability to the variation of unit's load and variation of fuel coal, but it has larger resistance,and vast amount of welding work, as well as the structure of system being complex; the water- wall with vertical pipe- rings boasting inner treads has small resistance, and has little amount of welding work in installation,the structure of supports and rigid beams being sim- ple, but it is sensitive to heat absorption. With regrad to the two kinds of water -wall, each has its own features, during the time of design, they can be analysed and selected according to the concrete situa- tions.
