过套管电阻率测井异常测量值的自动检验方法 被引量:5

摘要 过套管电阻率测井是近年来推出的一种测井新方法,能在普通的金属套管井中测量地层的电阻率,在油藏动态监测和发现漏失油层等方面优势突出.为了可靠地测量地层的电阻率,在过套管电阻率测井中采取了许多措施,在一个深度点采用多次测量的方式就是其中的有效措施之一.这样的多次测量数据可能含一个或多个异常测量值,需要将它们检验出来.根据过套管电阻率测井数据的特点,提出了一种自动检验过套管电阻率测井原始数据异常测量值的方法.该方法基于Grubbs检验法,检验每一个深度点的多次测量数据,将异常测量值逐一剔除.对一组含有各类异常测量值的人工模拟过套管电阻率测井数据及十余口井的油田实测过套管电阻率测井数据的检验,表明这种方法对异常测量值的检验是可行的,也是有效的.同时,编制了一套相应的计算机处理程序,实现了异常测量值的自动检验,提高了工效. With the aid of innovative electronics in recent years, accurate and reliable measurement of cased-hole formation resistivity is not only possible but also available as a standard service. In addition to reservoir monitoring and indentifying bypassed pay in old wells, the service provides a resistivity measurement in high-risk wells where openhole logs cannot be run because of borehole conditions or when tool failure prevents successful data acquisitiorL The technology has been successfully used to extend the economic life of well, to produce hydrocarbons from zones that would otherwise have been overlooked, and to better monitor water floods. By receiving feeble signal when an applied current flows into the rocks around the borehole, the cased-hole formation resistivity tool could measure formation resistivity through steel casing. In order to improve measurement accuracy and precision, many steps have been taken. Increasing measurement times is one of the effective steps. That is making the instruments repeat work for several times at every station. However, including normal values which are close to the real resistivity of formation, the multiple measurements may contain one or more potential abnormal values that deviate from normal values seriously. So the measurement values must be tested. According to the characteristics of the raw data from through-casing formation resistivity logging, an automatic method of detecting the potential abnormal data is proposed in this paper for the first time. The method which is based on Grubbs Iest can enmmate me abnormal resistivity measurement values one by one. Grubbs Test is one of procedures for detecting outliers in samples. A corresponding computer program has been drawled up to realize this course and method, which runs automatically to increase work efficiency.
