摘要
目的提高对糖尿病酮症酸中毒的认识。方法通过对误诊的16例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床表现、治疗进行回顾性总结分析。结果 1例死亡,15例好转治愈。结论临床医师特别是非糖尿病专科医生,加强对糖尿病酮症酸中毒的潜在临床特点认识,应重视糖尿病酮酸中毒的防治,避免因诊断延误导致严重后果。
Objective To improve the understanding of diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods 16 cases of clinical manifestations of diabetic ketoacidosis misdiagnosis,the treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results 1 patient died,15 cases improved cure. Conclusion Clinicians in particular non-diabetes specialist, strengthening the potential understanding of the clinical features of diabetic ketoacidosis, should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis,to avoid delay in diagnosis lead to serious consequences.
