摘要
为加快徐明高速公路14标段的施工进度,对耿庄南侧的黑山路段350 m长的路堑进行爆破作业。根据该路段的地质条件及周边环境确定梅花形布孔方式,每隔4~5排增加1排加密孔改善后续孔自由面,采用排间等间隔延期爆破技术,同时对民房威胁较大的部分采用分层柱状装药并进行覆盖处理,对民房进行保护。爆破取得了较好的效果,爆破震动及飞石对民房丝毫没有损伤。
In order to speed up the construction progress of 14 bid-section of Xuming highway, the 350-meter long roadbed of Heishan near. south side of Geng-zhuang will be conducted blasting operations. Based on the geolog- ical conditions of this highway segment and the surrounding environment, the hole-pattern was determined. An en- crypted row was added affter every four to five rows to improve the following free surface, and an interval delayed blasting technology between rows was performed. Meanwhile, as for the segment dangerous to the houses near-by, a layered charge and mulch treatment were adopted to protect these houses. The blasting achieved good results, and the blasting vibration and flying stones did no damage to the houses nearby.
