奇异电弧信号对焊缝成形影响的分析

摘要 电弧故障信号具有随机性和突发性,是典型的奇异信号,这种奇异性信号会使电弧信号的能量产生显著变化,因此电弧奇异信号是焊缝发生畸变的主要原因。由于焊接回路中的电容和电感效应,电弧信号的奇异性都被不同程度地模糊化了,奇异性模糊化的信号给检测工作带来了困难。文中运用小波分析理论,对模糊奇异信号的奇异性进行了理论分析,并运用小波检测原理对埋弧焊电弧信号的模糊奇异性进行了检测,准确地检测到了奇异点的部位,验证了理论分析的正确性,并且评估了埋弧焊电弧信号的奇异性给焊缝成形所带来的影响。 As a typical singular signal,the random and burst fault arc signal can greatly affect the energy of the signal.Therefore,the singularity of arc signal is the main reason for weld bead distortion.The welding circuit capacitance and inductance effects make the singularity of the singular arc signals more indistinct,which results in the difficulties in the detection work.With the application of the wavelet theory and detection principle,the singularity of arc signals was analyzed and tested.The right location of singular points was precisely detected,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was proved.Besides,the efiect of the arc signal singularity on weld shape was also assessed.
