摘要
分析了全氢罩式退火炉退火工艺特点,建立了退火过程中传热及热应力数学模型,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus分析了退火过程中温度场和应力场的分布特点,根据计算结果对退火温度曲线进行优化,防止粘接等表面质量缺陷的产生。
The annealing property of High Performance Hydrogen (HPH) annealing furnace was ananlyzed, and the mathematical models of heat conduction and thermal stress in annealing process were established. Furthermore, the distribution characteristics of temperature field and stress field were analyzed using abaqus finite element analysis software. Based on the calculated results, the annealing temperature curve was optimized to avoid the generation of surface quality defects, such as bonding defects.
