摘要
当活性剂浓度超过其临界胶束浓度时,活性剂单分子缔合成胶束结构,其增溶与催化作用将不同程度地影响铺展过程;受铺展液膜与预置液膜间的分离压作用,活性剂液滴铺展呈现非均匀的指进特征。针对含有胶束结构的活性剂溶液铺展过程,通过引入恰当的分离压模型,建立了分离压作用下含胶束结构的活性剂溶液非均匀铺展的四方程演化模型。根据分离压模型的选取不同,可分析不同分离压模型的影响,为深入研究活性剂动力学特性和稳定性提供可以借鉴的理论模型。
When surfactant concentration is beyond the critical micelle concentration (cmc) , the micelles will be associated with the dozens of monomers, which will influence the spreading process by the solubilization and catalytic effect. The non-uniform spreading presents a complex fingering characteristics under the effect of the disjoining pressure between the spreading film and precursor film. A four-evolution-equation with the influence of micelle structure in the bulk is established by introducing a notable disjoining pressure model to describe the spreading process more accurate- ly. Different evolution equations will be got with different disjoining pressure models selected. The present model pro- vides a more solid theoretical basis for the further research on the dynamic characteristics and stabilities of the surfac- tant non-uniform spreading.
