摘要
可追溯制度已成为世界各国保护食品安全的一项新的技术性贸易措施,水产品可追溯也成为全球范围内水产业的重要问题之一。水产品可追溯体系已在发达国家进入了实用化阶段,目前我国水产品可追溯的研究和体系建设相对落后,缺少相关的法规、标准制定及基础性研究。因此,加快建立适应我国国情的水产品可追溯制度是当前我国加强水产品质量安全监管的一项重要举措,有利于保证水产品质量安全。
At present, the traceability system becomes a new technical trade measure to protect food safety in many countries all over the world, in which the traceability of aquatic products is one of the major problems in the global fishery industry. The traceability system of aquatic products is put into practice in many developed countries at present, but in our country the research and system establishment are relatively undeveloped with few related laws, standards and basic research. To promote and establish suitable traceability system of aquatic products in our country is the most important measure to supervise the quality and safety of aquatic products, which is good for ensuring the quality and safety of aquatic products.
