摘要
目的评价麝香祛痛气雾剂的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照的方法将272例骨性关节炎(风湿瘀阻证)患者随机分为麝香祛痛气雾剂治疗组(204例)与云南白药气雾剂对照组(68例),均于用药第5天、第10天后观察患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征的变化。结果①麝香祛痛气雾剂组临床控制2例,显效168例,好转34例;云南白药气雾剂组临床控制0例,显效43例,好转25例,麝香祛痛气雾剂组疗效明显优于云南白药气雾剂组(P<0.01);②麝香祛痛气雾剂组治疗后的疼痛、晨僵、中医证候积分较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论麝香祛痛气雾剂组治疗骨性关节炎的疗效明显优于云南白药气雾剂组,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Moschus analgesic aerosol（MAA）in treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods The study adopted randomized double-blind and positive drug comparison method of clinical trial, 272 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the MAA group（206, treated with MAA）and the Yunnan Baiyao aerosol（YNBY）group（68,treated with YNBY）. All patients were observed 5 days and 10 days after the treatment. Results ①In MAA group, 2 cases （0.98%）were clinically cured, 168 cases （82.35%）were markedly effective,34 cases（16.67%）were effective;while in YNBY group,0 cases（0.00%）were clinically cured, 43 cases （63.24 % ） were markedly effective, 25 cases （36.76%） were effective, and there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈O. 01）. ②Compared with the YNBY group,the integral of pain,morning stiffness and TCM syndrome of the MAA group decreased obviously（P〈O. 01）. Conclusion Moschus analgesic aerosol is superior to Yunnan Baiyao aerosol in treatment osteoarthritis and has no toxic and side effects.
