摘要
文章采用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和教学实验等方法,以山东体育学院运动训练专业的篮球专选课为例,依据分层教学相关理论进行了"分层升降法"的教学实验,在对实验组学生分层方法上,通过测试收集各指标数据,利用计算各指标数据的位置百分的正太分布指定各等级分层的分数标准,将该组学生进行科学分层。研究结果表明,分层升降教学能够激发学生学习的兴趣和动力,培养学生的竞争意识,具有提高教学质量、改善师生关系等效果;"升降"机制对教学活动具有反馈与调控作用;体能训练应明确目标,多采用结合专项的训练内容。
With methods such as expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and teaching experiment, the author conducted a teaching experimental study on students of basketball specialty in Training De- partment of Shandong Sports University. The results show that the level - oriented teaching method can stimulate students' interest and motivation in learning, adopt their sense of competition and improve teacher -student rela- tionship.
