摘要
为了揭示各变形控制参数对可变形定向战斗部变形的影响,采用LS-DYNA软件对可变形定向战斗部的变形过程进行了数值模拟。研究了辅助装药相位角和厚度以及变形时间对战斗部变形过程的影响,确立了各个变形控制参数与最佳变形时间区间和变形弦长的关系,并得到战斗部变形控制参数之间的匹配关系。结果表明,辅助装药相位角在60°~90°范围内取值较为适合,且辅助装药厚度对壳体变形弦长的影响小于相位角的影响,通过合理的参数匹配,可提高战斗部的性能。
In order to reveal the influence of deformation control parameters on the deformation quality, the defor ming processes of deformable warhead were numerically simulated, besides the influence of the parameters such as the phase angle and thickness of the deforming charge and deformation time on the deforming processes of warhead were studied. The relationships among optimal deformation time interval, deformation chord length, and deformation control parameters were established, and the matching relationships of the deformation control parameters were obtained. The results show that the phase angle of deforming charge values within the range of 60°~90° will be suitable,and the deforming charge thickness is less important than the phase angle in terms of the influence on the deformation chord-length of the shell, and the performance of the warhead will be improved through matching the deformation parameters reasonable.
