摘要
高校产学研合作在我国已启动多年,但实践中仍存在很多问题,如法规体系和政策不完善,科技成果推广体系不健全,利益分配格局和责任不明晰,信息沟通渠道不畅通等。文章提出高校产学研合作要加强政策保障机制、成果转化机制、利益分配机制、信息沟通机制、人才培养机制等机制建设,并探讨了近几年来高校产学研合作的创新模式。
University-industry cooperation mechanism has been existed in our country for many years, but there are still mary problems, such as laws and regulations not perfect, science and tech- nology promotion unsoundness,benefit distribution and guarantee mechanism unperfect,information communicating channels not unblocked and so on. This paper summarized policy guarantee mechanism, transformation mechanism of achievements, benefit distribution mechanism, information communicating mechanism, personnel training mechanism, etc. and finally discusses the achievement obtained by university-industry cooperation of Chinese college in recent years.
