摘要
分析了轧机轴承失效原因,运用Wusatowski方法和S.Ekelund公式计算了轧件在各道次孔型中的轧后宽度及各道次轧制压力,验证了其对轴承使用寿命的影响,从提高轴承质量和优化生产模式两方面入手,改善了轧机轴承工况条件,提高了轧机轴承使用寿命和经济效益。
Analysis on the failure of mill bearing was carried out, the width of rolled piece after rolling and the roiling pressure in each pass were calculated by Wusatowski method and S. Ekelund formula, validating its influence on the service life of bearing, and beginning with improving the bearing quality and optimizing the production mode, the working conditions of mill bearing were improved, and the service life and economic benefits of mill bearing was improved.
