摘要碳排放权交易是全球应对气候变化的社会化环境制度创新安排。文章对国际碳排放权交易制度化发展历程进行回顾,深入探讨了碳排放权交易制度的相关核心机制设计问题,以期为我国应对气候变化提供政策性发展思路。
