摘要
为保证医事法领域"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"的顺利实施,医事法学职业教育实践平台的构建显得更加重要。在医事法学职业教育精神的指引下,重新定位当前医事法学人才培养目标,重构学校课程体系,构建高校与实务部门联合培养机制,寻求实践"练学交替"的教学模式,才能最终落实职业教育实践平台的建设,培养创新能力强、适应社会发展需要的优秀应用型医事法学职业人才。
To ensure the smooth implementation of ＂outstanding law talent education ＆ training program＂ in the field of medical jurisprudence, it is of great importance to construct vocational education practice platform for medical jurisprudence. Guided by the vocational education spirit, we should redefine the current talents training goal of medical jurisprudence, reconstruct the curriculum system, construct a cultivation mechanism with the joint of universities and practical departments, explore a practice teaching mode of ＂alternation of practice and learning＂, carry out the construction of vocational education practice platform, and cultivate excellent practical vocational talents of medical jurisprudence with innovative ability and adaptability to the needs of social develop- ment.
