摘要
随着国网公司关于变电站"大集控"方针的提出,近几年,开封供电公司正处于综合自动化改造阶段。文章总结开封供电公司变电站综合自动化系统存在的问题,研究提出了变电站自动化技术改造的体会和经验,同时提出二次继保改造工程中应注意的一些问题及应采取的措施。
