摘要
农机是否能够进行安全生产作业,不仅仅与农村的农业、经济快速发展有着联系,更多的是联系到了广大农村人民的生命财产安全,同时也影响到了农业机械化是否能够持续、健康、全面得发展。所以,安全生产责任明确;拖拉机和联合收割机登记牌证核发;农机安全监管力度进一步加大,依法行政水平得到提高,更好地完善农机安全管理。
This paper drawn for many years engaged in the source county, Yunnan town rural agricultural safety management： Agricultural production safety, not orrly the rapid development of rural agriculture, the economy has a contact is linked to the majority of rural people＇s lives and property safety, but also affect the mechanization of agricuhure can be sustained, healthy and comprehensive for developing.
