中低压锅炉及热交换器用不锈钢焊接钢管生产工艺技术的开发

摘要 不锈钢焊接钢管在中低压锅炉及热交换器上替代无缝钢管已势在必行 ,特别是自动焊接钢管经冷加工处理后 ,其性能已达到无缝钢管的指标。研究开发了锅炉、热交换器用不锈钢焊接钢管的生产工艺 ,并重点对成型、自动焊接、热处理、冷加工四个工艺难关进行了技术攻关。简介了该产品的主要生产工艺特点。 It is inevitable for stainless steel weld pipes to take the role of seamless steel pipes in the area of making of low/medium pressure boilers and heat exchangers, particularly for cold processed automatically welded pipes which are in possession of properties in compliance with the technological indicators set for seamless steel pipes. Manufacturing process of stainless steel weld pipes for boiler and heat exchanger purpose has been developed, focusing on four crucial process aspects, namely, forming, auto-welding, heat treatment and cold-processing. Described here are the main characteristics of manufacturing process of the said product.
