摘要
用差热分析法 (DTA) ,以空气为气氛 ,研究了金诺芬热降解稳定性 ,按Kissinger方程计算该反应的活化能 (E ) ,反应级数 (n) ,及频率因子 (A)。其结果分别为E =117 0 94× 10 3J/mol,n=1,A =8 0 2 8× 10 9s- 1 。用Toop方程研究了金诺芬的热稳定性 ,结果显示在恒温 3 0℃时 ,金诺芬能稳定保存近 50a。
The thermal decomposition of Auranofin in air was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA).The activation energies (E),reaction order(n) and the frequency factors(A) of the reaction were determined by Kissinger's equation to be E=117 094×10 3 J/mol,n=1 and A=8 028×10 9s -1 respectively. The thermal decomposition stabilities was studied by Toop's equation.The results showed Auranofin is stable for nearly 50 years at 30℃ in the air.
