摘要
快速凝固制备的微细铝粉具有很高的活性,遇水后发生激烈反应,生成铝的水合物。这些反应产物经不同温度热处理,可得到一系列活性的及稳定的高纯超细Al2O3陶瓷粉末。这是制备高纯超细Al2O3粉末的一种新方法。本文概述了活性铝粉水解反应过程及生成物结构特征。
Ultra-fine aluminum powders prepared by rapidly solidified technique have very high activity.When these powders were put into water,the sharp hydrolysis reaction occurred,and some aluminum hydroxides were obtained.These resultants,when heated to certain temperature,became a series of metastable or stable ultra-fine Al 2O 3ceramic powders with high purity. This is a new preparation method of high purity and ultra fine Al 2O 3 powders. In this paper,hydrolysis reaction process of active aluminum powders and structural characteristics of resultants were investigated.
