摘要
目的:观察银杏叶提取物(舒血宁注射液)治疗糖尿病血管病变的疗效。方法:选取56例2型糖尿病血管病变患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组28例用格列齐特降糖治疗,治疗组28例在对照组基础上加用银杏叶提取物治疗,疗程15 d。于治疗前后观察临床症状的改变和血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(89.3%)显著高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物(舒血宁注射液)能够降低血糖,血脂,血液流变学指标,改善糖尿病血管病变患者的临床症状,是治疗糖尿病血管病变的有效药物。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of the ginkgo biloba extract（Shuxuening injection） in the treatment of diabetic vascular disease.Methods： 56 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with vascular disease were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.28 cases in control group were given gliclazide,28 cases in the treatment group were given Ginkgo biloba extract 15 days on the basis of control group.To detect the index of hemorheology and changement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results： The total efficiency of treatment group（89.3%） was significantly higher than control group（75.0%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Ginkgo biloba extract（Shuxuening injection） to reduce blood sugar,blood lipids,hemorheology,and improves insulin sensitivity,improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic vascular disease in patients with effective drug for the treatment of diabetic vascular disease.
