摘要
目的探讨膀胱黏膜电切及电切术后灌注化疗药物治疗腺性膀胱炎的效果及其必要性。方法62例腺性膀胱炎分成2组,对照组30例仅行膀胱黏膜电切术,治疗组32例行膀胱黏膜电切+膀胱内灌注化疗药物。观察2组术后3个月膀胱镜检查病变有无残留或新发以及症状改善情况,比较2组治疗效果。结果对照组30例,复发9例,复发率为30%;治疗组32例,复发3例,复发率为9.4%。结论腺性膀胱炎膀胱黏膜电切+膀胱内灌注化疗药物的临床疗效优于单纯膀胱黏膜电切。
Objective To investigate the bladder mucosa resection and transurethral resection after infusion of chemotherapeutic drugs in the treatment of cystitis glandularis effect and its necessity.Methods 62 cases of cystitis glandularis were divided into two groups, one group was the control group, 30 patients only bladder mucosal resection; one group for the ~eatment group, 32 cases of patients with bladder mucosal resection and intravesical chemotherapy drugs. Observation of the two groups after the March cystoscopy lesions with no residue or new onset and symptom improvement, comparing the two two treatment effect.Results 30 cases of the control group, 9 cases of recurrence, relapse rate of 30% ; the treatment group of 32 cases, 3 cases recurred in 9.4%, recurrence rate. Conclusion The effect of transurethral resection of glandular cystitis resection plus Intravesical chemotherapy is better than transurethral resection of bladder mucosal resection.
