摘要
经济增长与环境污染之间存在着密切的关系。利用福建省1990-2010年经济与环境统计数据,选取4种人均污染物排放量与人均实际GDP,建立福建省环境库兹涅茨曲线的计量模型,并在此基础上探析福建省经济增长与污染物排放量变化之间的关系。运用Grossman影响环境因素的分解模型,从规模效应、结构效应和技术进步效应对福建污染物排放增长原因进行分析,发现经济规模扩张的同时产业结构有重工业化的趋势,这导致了福建省工业二氧化硫排放的增长,然后提出治理对策。
A close relationship lies between economic growth and environmental pollution. With economic and environmental sta- tistical data of Fujian Province from 1990 to 2010, the econometric models of Kuznets curve were established to analyze the rela- tionship between 4 kinds of emissions of pollutants and real per capital GDP of Fujian Province. Using Grossman environmental factors decomposition model, we analyzed reasons of emission growth in Fujian on the basis of scale effect, structure effect and technology effect, and found that economic expansion went together with the trend of heavy industrialization, which led to the e- missions growth of industrial sulfur dioxide in Fujian Province. Corresponding solutions were given.
