摘要
莆田妈祖民间美术是妈祖民俗文化的载体,其内容与形式充分反映了妈祖民俗的各种事象;其造型是以实用为主要目的,并具有很高审美价值的物质形态;其品类丰富多样,具有浓郁的乡土气息。莆田妈祖民间美术造型是妈祖民俗文化的重要组成部分,也是非物质文化遗产保护与研究的重要组成部分。
The folk art of Putian Mazu is the carrier of Mazu folk culture. Its content and form reflect all aspects of Mazu folk customs. Putian Mazu folk images are of practical value as well as aesthetic value. Permeated with rich local color and flavor, they are diversified in form. Putian Mazu folk images are an important part of Mazu culture and are an integral part of the intangi- ble cultural heritage protection and research.
