摘要
高血压患者合并高胆固醇血症时,两者可共同促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,导致发生心血管疾病的危险明显升高。在降压基础上加用他汀类药物能进一步抑制炎症反应,改善内皮功能,更有效地预防心脑血管疾病。高血压患者的胆固醇管理应尽早启动,获益更多。本文就高血压患者的降脂治疗措施进行总结。
Coexistence of hypercholesterolemia and hypertension can accelerate the development of atherosclerosis and increase the risks of cardiovascular diseases.Combination of antihypertensive therapy with statins can restrain vascular inflammation,improve endothelial function,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Cholesterol-lowering therapy should be initiated for hypertensive patients as early as possible.
