摘要
目的:观察辛银鼻窦汤结合西药治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:将240例患者随机分为中药组158例、西药组82例。西药组用阿莫西灵胶囊口服0.5 g/次,3次/d;加呋麻合剂,3次/d,滴鼻。中药组在对照组治疗的基础上加用辛银鼻窦汤治疗1,剂/d。2组均以7天为1个疗程,休息1天后,再进行下1个疗程的治疗,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率中药组为78.48%,对照组为34.15%,经卡方检验χ,2=45.71,2组之间差异显著(P<0.05);中药组疗程最短14天,最长35天,平均(15.56±2.62)天,西药组最短23天,最长86天,平均(30.47±3.38)天,2组之间相比有显著差异(P<0.05);复发率中药组为1.90%,西药组为4.88%2,组之间相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:辛银鼻窦汤结合西药治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,且方便、安全,治愈率高,复发率低。
Objective： To find out therapeutic effects of XinYin BiDouTang and western medicine in treating chronic sinusitis. Method： All 240 patients were randomized into 158 cases in TCM group and 82 cases in western medicine group. Western medicine group orally took Amoxicillin capsule, 0.5g each time, three times per day; JiaFuMa mixture, three times per day, dripping into the nose. TCM group were given with XinYin BiDouTang based on the treat- ment administered to western medicine group, one dose per day, one course of treatment was seven days, after one day another course of treatment was given, curative effects were observed after three courses of treatment. Result： Total effective rate of TCM group was 78.48%, higher than 34.15% of western medicine group, with significant difference test- ed with chi-square test, x2=45.71（P〈0.05）; the shortest course of treatment for TCM group was 14 days, the longest 35 days, average （15.56±2.62） days, while the shortest for western medicine group 23 days, the longest 86 days, average （30.47_＋3.38） days, comparison of both groups indicated significant difference （P〈0.05）; relapse rate of TCM group was 1.90%, lower than 4.88% of western medicine group with remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XinYin BiDouTartg and western medicine can obtain remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis which are conve- nient and safe with high cure rate and low relapse rate.
