摘要 为了探究陕西不同产区烤烟内在品质与感官指标的相关性,对陕西3个产区的烟叶化学成分和物理特性进行测定和统计分析。结果表明,陕西烟叶的化学成分和物理特性接近优质烟叶水平,但陕西3大烟叶产区的烟叶化学成分存在一定差异,化学成分和物理特性与感官指标存在一定的相关关系。微量元素硒和余味达到显著负相关,锌与杂气呈显著正相关。 To explore the correlation between internal quality and sensory quality of tobacco leaves in different production areas in Shaanxi, the main chemical components indices and physical properties indices and correlation with sensory quality were analyzed. The result showed that there are no signif- icant di[ference between Shaanxi tobacco and other high quality tobacco leaves on chemical indices and physical properties. There are some differences on chemical components among tobacco leaves from three production areas in Shaanxi. Correlations of chemical and physical properties with sensory quali- ty were detected. Micro-element Selenium significantly and negatively correlated with lingering smell, and Zinc significantly and positively correlated with odor.
