摘要
针对西樵污水处理厂Carrousel氧化沟工艺除磷效果不理想的情况,通过对流程各点DO和硝态氮浓度的监测分析发现,厌氧段的DO和硝态氮浓度过高导致释磷效果不明显,进而影响了整体除磷效果。通过调低曝气沉砂池堰板高度、降低生化池好氧段DO浓度、提高回流污泥浓度、减少回流污泥流量等措施,降低进入厌氧段的DO和硝态氮浓度,有效改善了厌氧释磷效果,可使出水TP平均浓度降至0.18 mg/L。
To address inefficient phosphorus removal in Carrousel oxidation ditch process in Xiqiao WWTP, the concentrations of DO and nitrate nitrogen at different monitoring points along the process were analyzed. The results found that inefficient phosphorus removal was caused by high concentrations of DO and nitrate nitrogen in the anaerobic zone. Reducing the height of weir in the aerated grit chamber, decreasing the DO concentration in the aerobic zone of the biochemical tank, increasing the returned sludge concentration, and lowering the returned sludge flow rate could decrease the concentrations of DO and nitrate nitrogen passed into the anaerobic zone and effectively improve the anaerobic phosphorus release efficiency. The average concentration of the effluent TP decreased to 0.18 mg/L.
