滞针法加三维推拿治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察西药配合滞针法加三维推拿治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为2组,对照组予单纯西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上配合滞针法加三维推拿治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗结束时及治疗结束6月后临床疗效分别与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:滞针法加三维推拿能有效缓解症状,较之单纯西药治疗能提高治愈率。
