摘要
为充分回收矿产资源、提高资源利用率,有效回收暂留盘区隔离矿柱是某大型铜矿必须考虑的一个重要问题。在保障首采区矿房、矿柱采场安全高效开采的同时,为了安全高效回收暂留的盘区隔离矿柱,需要确定合理的盘区隔离矿柱回采顺序。基于地下矿山卸压开采思想,结合矿山实践经验,确定了盘区隔离矿柱回采应该遵循的原则,提出了3种备选回采方案。采用数值模拟方法分析了盘区隔离矿柱不同开挖顺序下采场围岩的力学响应特性,优化了盘区隔离矿柱的回采顺序,为盘区隔离矿柱安全高效开采提供了技术支撑。
In order to fully recover the mineral resources, in- crease the utilization rate of resources, it is urgently necessary to consider the effective recovery of the temporary panel isolating pillar in a large - scale copper mine. The mining sequence of the panel isolating pillar need to be reasonably determined so as to safely and efficiently recover the panel isolating pillar, at the same time make sure the room and pillar be safely and efficiently mined in the first mining area. Based on the conception of pres- sure relief mining for underground mine, combined with practical mining experience, the principles were laid down for the mining of the panel isolating pillar, three alternative mining schemes were proposed. Using numerical simulation method, the mechan- ical response characteristics of surrounding rock of stope under different excavation sequences were analyzed, the mining se- quence of the panel isolating pillar was optimized. The results could provide technical support for the safe and high - efficient mining of the panel isolated pillar.
