摘要
针对青海格尔木锡铁山铅锌矿的分段空场法回采爆破的不同起爆方式,采用高度非线性显式有限元分析程序进行数值模拟。分析了孔口起爆和孔底起爆时的爆破应力分布、位移变化、能量变化等。比较得出孔底起爆优于孔口起爆,孔口起爆时孔口附近高应力状态出现时间早,矿石位移量大,而总能量小于孔底起爆,不利于矿石破碎,为采矿中起爆方式的选择提供理论依据。
According to different ways of initiation on the blasting for sublevel stoping in the Lead-Zinc mine of Xitieshan, Geermu in Qinghai province,the numerical simulations about different ways of initiation were carried by making use of highly nonlinear explicit finite element analysis software. The stress distribution, the displacement change and the energy change were compared and analyzed when blasting by the way of orifice initiation or the way of bottom of the hole initiation. The simulated results show that the way of bottom of the hole initiation was better. When blasted by the way of orifice initiation,the high-stress state appeared earlier,the ore displacement was larger, the total energy was lower than that by that of bottom of the hole initiation. Then the way of orifice initiation was not conducive to the ore crushing. The analysis provides a theoretical basis for choosing the way of mining initiation.
