摘要
目的探讨转染软骨源性形态发生蛋白2基因的成肌细胞与PLGA(聚乳酸/乙醇酸共聚物)材料的相容性。方法将转染CDMP-2基因的成肌细胞接种于PLGA支架,以成肌细胞与PLGA支架培养组为对照。采用MTT法检测成肌细胞在支架上的生长情况,并绘制生长曲线。结果与结论各组吸光度值差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。转染CDMP-2基因的成肌细胞可以在PLGA材料上良好的生长,为后续研究成肌细胞修复软骨损伤打下了良好的基础。
[ Objective] To study the biocompatibility of PLGA with Myoblast which transfected with CDMP- 2 Gene. [ Methods] Myoblast transfected with CDMP- 2 Gene cells were vaccinated in PLGA stents, then to compare with control group . The growth of myoblasts on the PLGA were examined with MTT , then to draw the growth curve. [ Results and conclusion ] The absorbance value between any two groups has no statistically significant difference compared with control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ), Myoblast transfected with CDMP - 2 Gene can grow well on the PLGA stents, which laid a good foundation for the subsequent research into myoblast repair cartilage tissue damage.
