摘要
风险利益是人类经济活动中的利益所得,它包含了风险增益和风险损失两种可能,其中最重要的内核便是风险增益。正是风险增益激励着人们不断地从事各种具有一定风险性的经济活动并最终推动着经济的发展和人类社会的进步。消极回避、不敢创新的传统风险观念是导致西部地区经济发展缓慢的思想藩篱。面对发展的大好时机,西部地区应进行风险观念创新,在那些虽然有一定风险但利润丰厚的产业进行积极探索,走出一条"风险适度、观念超前、利润丰厚、保障充分"的经济腾飞之路。
Risk-benefit is what people gain through economic activities. It has two possibilities： risk gain and risk losses, with the former one being the most important kernel. It is risk gain that drives people to engage constantly in all kinds of risky economic activities and ultimately pushes forward the economic de- velopment and the progress of human society. The traditional risk concept featuring passive avoidance and lack of innovation is the reason for the slow growth of the western economy. Facing the great oppor- tunity for development, the western region of China should implement the risk concept innovation, active- ly explore industries featuring high risks but abundant potential profits and adopt a road for economic take-off with moderate risks, modern concept, abundant profits and sufficient protection.
