摘要
本文主要阐述人工髋关节置换、设计、固定的有关几个生物力学问题,如对人工髋关节的基本要求,植入物形状和材料、关节载荷、骨水泥、髋关节瞬时转动中心、骨水泥——骨界面,假体松动、破坏和骨折,这些均是造成关节植入后骨创伤的重要因素。
Artificial joint replacement,the insertion of a joiont prosthesis maintaining the kinetic7and dynamic function of the joints has become a prevalently accepted treatment in orthopedic surgery for the surgical treatment of advanced arthritis and disabling post-traumatic conditions.Many complicated biomechanic factors are involved in the design of such a highly technical prosthesis for clinical use such as:basic design of an artificial joint,new material,moulding and loading of the joint,acrylic cement,insta- neous rotation center of the joint,cement-bone interface,aseptic loosening,implant failure and fractue etc.
