摘要
用纳米导电纤维填充天然胶乳制得复合材料 ,研究了复合材料的导电性、介电性以及温度对复合材料电阻率的影响。结果表明 ,随纳米导电纤维填充份数的增加 ,复合材料的电阻率下降 ,介电常数增大 ;电阻率对温度的依赖性较大 ,并且当纳米导电纤维尚未在胶乳中形成导电网络时 ,体积电阻率和表面电阻率随温度升高表现出不同的变化趋势。
Natural emulsion composite was made by filling nanometer conductive fiber,the electricity conductivity,dielectric property and the effect of temperature on resistivity of the composite were investigated.The results showed that the resistivity of composite decreased and the dielectric constnat of composite increased when the amount of nanometer conductive fiber were increased.The resistivity depends strongly on temperature.Before nanometer conductive fiber form an electrical network in the emulsion,the volume resistivity and the surface resistivity show different behaviors with the temperature increasing.
