摘要
目的:总结断指再植的围手术期护理经验,提高断指再植的成活率。方法:对35例患者进行术前指导及准备和术后观察护理。结果:本组患者35例共42指,成活39指(包括2次手术后成活1指),失活3指。结论:充分的术前准备及指导和科学的术后观察护理是提高断指再植成功率的重要保障。
Objective：To summarize the perioperative nursing experience,and to increase the survival severed finger replantation.Methods： 35 patients accepted preoperative instruction and preparing,as well as postoperative observation and care.Results：39 of 42 fingers after operation succeeded （including one finger accepted two opertions）, and 3 cases failed. Conclusion：Sufficient preoperative instruction and preparing and scientific postopertive observation and care arc the important ensurane to increase the survival rate of severed finger reunion.
