摘要
从PDC钻头钎焊使用热源出发,选用丙烷气体作为其氧乙炔焰钎焊的替代品。从两种燃气的燃烧特性、安全性、经济性以及PDC钻头在不同火焰钎焊中的焊接强度进行试验研究,并通过焊缝SEM、EDS分析,得出使用丙烷燃气替代乙炔燃气在PDC钻头火焰钎焊中具有一定的可行性。
The propane gas as the substitution of the heat source for PDC bits brazing was studied by the theoretical analysis. From the points of the combustion characteristic,safety, economy of the two gas, the strength tests for the soldered joint were carried out. It is shown that the use of propane gas has a lot of benefits in PDC bits flame brazing by the analysis of SEM and EDS
