摘要 提出了一种基于网格映射法实现板坯网格局部加密的方法,即根据细分准则,确定细分区域;将工件特征轮廓线离散成点并投影到模拟结果的网格模型上,获取投影点与投影单元的对应关系以及相对位置信息;利用数值模拟过程中所建立的单元与节点的映射关系计算出投影点在坯料网格模型上的坐标,再通过曲线拟合,得到平面毛坯上工件的特征轮廓线—细化区域边界线,从而实现网格局部加密。 A method was proposed based on grid mapping to achieve local refinement. According to fractionize criteria, the refinement of region was determined. Contour line of the workpiece features was divided into the discrete points, then the those points were projected onto the grid model of the simulation results to obtain the corresponding relations and the relative position information of the projection point and the projection unit. Using mapping relationship between the unit and node, the coordinates of the projection point on the blank grid model were calculated, and then by curve fitting, the characteristic contour of the workpiece on the fiat blanks ,which is the boundary line of the refinement region was got, thereby grids local refinement was realized.
