摘要 在合理选择化学镀Ni-P合金和工艺条件的前提下,采用对比试验研究了搅拌速度和纳米金刚石浓度对镀层微观组织的影响,并检测了镀层的耐磨损性能。结果表明,镀液中纳米金刚石浓度相同条件下,搅拌速度为300 r/min时镀层表面形貌最好;在相同搅拌速度下,纳米金刚石加入量为6 g/L时,镀层微观组织均匀、致密,摩擦系数低并且稳定。 With the premise of reasonable choosing Ni-P alloy and processing conditions, the effects of mixing speed and nano-diamond concentration on the microstructure of cladding layer were studied, and the wear resistances were tested. The results show that, with the same nano-diamond concentration in the plating bath, the mixing speed 300 r/min, the surface topography is best. When the addition of nano-diamond is 6 g/L, the surface topography microstructure is well-distributed as well as fine and close, and the friction coefficient is low and stable.
