摘要
本研究针对市面上的阻抗谱检测仪器体积大、造价高等问题,研制出了快速、便携、低成本的手持式阻抗谱检测仪器测量生物阻抗。该仪器由直接数字合成式信号源、幅相检测单元、显示及通信等模块构成,可以实现0.1-500kHz的自动扫频仪器通过RS232接口与上位机相连并实现数据的传输与处理。开发了上位机软件,实现了相位AD值、幅度AD值、复阻抗实部虚部值以及复阻抗特征参数等重要数据的输出。此后对该仪器进行了系统检测,结果表明该仪器检测结果稳定可靠,并利用该仪器对84块新鲜猪肉进行了实验,发现细胞外液电阻Re与猪肉样品水分含量值之间存在线性关系,且线性拟合显著决定系数R2达到了0.75,说明该仪器是猪肉水分含量检测的潜在工具。
Considering the disadvantage of conventional huge and expensive bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy device, a rapid portable and inexpensive bioelectrieal impedance spectroscopy device was developed. It consisted of a signal generator unit to output a sine wave, a detection unit, display and communicating units. The device could scan frequencies automatically which is range from 0.1 to 500 kHz. The device contacted the computer through RS232. Software was developed to obtain phase position, range, real part of impedance, imagery part of impedance and characteristic parameters of impedance. Coefficients of variability (CV) were applied to assess the stability of the system. Furthermore, 84 porcine meat samples were selected to measure the bioelectrieal impedance pa- rameters using the device. In consequence, the results show good correlation (coefficient of determination R2=0.75) between the impedance parameters and the moisture content value determined by standard chemical methods. It proved that the device we developed is one of the potential methods to predict moisture content of porcine meat.
