摘要
本研究旨在探讨社会责任履行对医院声誉、患者就医意愿的影响及其医院声誉发挥的中介作用。对225例患者进行在线问卷调查,运用SPSS回归分析对数据进行了处理。结果表明:社会责任履行对医院声誉及患者就医意愿具有显著积极影响;医院声誉在社会责任履行对就医意愿影响过程中具有部分中介作用。因此,医院需要积极履行社会责任,并进行针对性的传播、沟通以提高患者就医意愿。
This study aims to explore the effect of social responsibility implementation on hospital reputation,intention of seeking medical care and mediating function of hospital reputation between social responsibility and patient intention of seeking medical care. 225 patients were performed the online questionnaire survey,SPSS regression analyses were carried out on data analysis and processing. The results show that the social responsibility implementation has significantly positive effect on hospital reputation and patient intention of seeking medical care.Hospital reputation plays a partial mediating role. Therefore,hospital needs to actively implement its social responsibilities, and targeted communications, to improve patients' willingness to communicate.
