摘要
目的探讨椎管内肿瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法回顾性分析2005年9月至2011年7月手术治疗的40例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果椎管内髓外肿瘤32例,全切除24例,大部分切除8例(7例哑铃形肿瘤中全切除5例,大部分切除2例);髓内肿瘤8例,全切除2例,部分切除5例,活检1例。术后症状改善34例,无明显改善5例,死亡1例。结论重视临床症状,及时MRI检查能早期诊断椎管内肿瘤;应用显微手术切除肿瘤可获得较好疗效。
Objective To summarize the experience in microsurgically treating intraspinal tumors. Method The clinical data of 40 patients with intraspinal tumors underwent microsurgery in our department from September, 2005 to July, 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 40 patients with intraspinal tumors, 32 had extramedullary tumor and 8 intramedullary tumors. Of 32 patients with extramedullary tumors, 24 underwent total resection of the tumors and 8 subtotal. Of 8 patients with intrameduallary tumors, 2 underwent total resection of the tumors, 5 partial and 1 biopsy. The neurological symptoms were apparently improved in 34 patients, the neurological symptoms were not improved in 5 patients and 1 died. Conclusions The definite diagnosis of the intraspinal tumors may be made as early as possible by the analysis of clinical symptoms and MRI examination in time. The curative effect of mierosurgery on the intraspinal tumors is good.
