摘要
对1例先天性心脏病患者实行心脏移植手术，术后使用免疫抑制剂、抗感染、强心利尿、血管扩张等药物进行治疗，术后无感染及排斥反应发生，病人存活20天后死于低渗造成的溶血、肾衰。
Reported the first case of cardiac transplantation in Guang Dong. Many drugs including inmunosuppressive agents, anti-infective drugs, cardiants, diuretics were used after operaion. No infection or rejection happened. The patient died of hemolysis and renal failure after 20 days of operation.
