摘要
介绍了有关直流电机EGR的控制策略开发,主要包括可整定闭环PI控制、直流电机正反转过渡及反向控制、落座保护及停机清洗等功能的开发与测试。试验表明,该EGR控制响应速度快,控制稳定精确,鲁棒性好,且满足性能要求。
The paper introduces the development of DC motor EGR control strategy,which includes regulative closed-loop PI control,transition between positive and negative rotation and reversed control of DC motor,EGR valve seating protection and EGR valve off-line cleaning.The test indicates that the EGR control system has a fast response,steady and accurate control and good robust,and can meet the performance requirement.
