摘要
结合我国经济适用房制度探索实施过程中的一些问题,提出对策建议,包括设立住房保障专门机构、引入经适房保障机制、畅通住房保障资金渠道、制定住房保障法律法规等,以促进经济适用房的健康发展。
Combined with the problems in the process of implementing of economy applicable room system, puts forward some suggestions which include setting specialized organization of housing safeguard, introduced the mechanism of economy applicable room, smoothing the capital channels and drawing up laws and regulations, in order to promote the healthy development of the economy.
