基于单片机的断路器智能控制研究与设计

摘要 开发了一种以单片机MSP430F449为核心的低压断路器智能控制单元。通过软硬件设计实现了断路器的基本保护功能和附加功能,采用MODBUS总线技术实现控制信息的远程传输,并提出了抗干扰措施。实验结果表明,所设计控制器不仅实时性好和电磁兼容性强,而且体积小、成本低和易于实现。 An intelligent control unit of circuit breaker based on MSP430F449 was developed. The basic function of circuit breaker were realized by the software and hardware designs. The operation principle and protection features algorithm were expounded, and the anti-interference measures, in addition MODBUS bus technology for remote control information transfer was used. Experimental results show that the designed controller is electromagnetic compatibility and small size, low cost, easy to implement.
