摘要
目的:探讨降低经尿道前列腺电切术后尿道口漏尿的原因,减少术后并发症发生。方法:对我科186例经尿道前列腺电切术患者采取综合性护理措施。结果:明显降低了漏尿的发生率,患者衣服、床单、会阴部清洁干燥,未引起皮疹、褥疮及尿路感染。结论:前列腺电切术后由于尿管引流不畅、腹压增大、尿道括约肌松弛等因素,都可诱发漏尿。通过采取综合护理措施,降低漏尿发生率,减少术后并发症的发生,使患者早日康复出院。
Objective：To discuss the cause of urethral mouth leakage after transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） for reducing complications. Methods： 186 patients performed TURP in our department were taken comprehensive nursing measures. Results：The leakage rate was greatly reduced. The clothing,the bedding and the perineum areas of the patients were clean and dry without causing rashes, bedsores and urinary tract infections. Conclusion：The factors of impeded urinary catheter drainage,the increase of abdominal pressures and urethral sphincter muscle relaxation can induce the leakage of urine. Comprehensive nursing measure can reduce the occurrence of the leakage of urine and complications after surgeries so as to make patients recover from the hospital.
